Meet your TASP Team
The TASP Team consists of subject matter experts from Resource Recycling Systems (RRS) and Eco-Cycle.
Juri Freeman is a Colorado-based resource economist and a Managing Principal of Resource Recycling Systems (RRS). He has nearly twenty years of experience in the recycling industry and has worked in both the public and private sectors. He has previously served as the president of Recycle Colorado and as chairman of the board of directors for the National Recycling Coalition.
Randy Moorman is the Director of Policy and Community Campaigns for Eco-Cycle. Randy directs and manages Eco-Cycle's outreach and advocacy team in community-based sustainability projects focused on solid waste (recycling, composting, waste reduction, reuse) in Boulder County, the Denver Metro area, and beyond.
Tay Dunklee is a Colorado-based Consultant with Resource Recycling Systems (RRS). Prior to joining RRS, Tay spent nearly a decade managing recycling programs and policies for a large Front Range community, including expanding curbside composting, implementing universal recycling, and overseeing school recycling programs.
Laura Levesque-Catalano is the Campaigns Project Manager for Eco-Cycle and spearheaded the FRWD Baseline Assessment and the Greater Colorado Waste Diversion Baseline studies. She previously served as the Programs Director at Recycle Colorado.
